The teaching and non teaching staff of the K.E. school have good inter personal and intra personal relationship.  This leads to their dedication and sincerity in their work.  The homely atmosphere that a child feels when he enters the school campus develops in him a desire to develop into a dutiful and responsible citizen. 

The care and concern provided to the students help him to adjust himself to the needs of the outside world.  He is confident and sure of himself.  The play way approach to education builds in him an interest to learn and experiment.  He acquires knowledge which is concrete quite unknowingly.  The teachers take a keen interest in the development of each student both at the academic and at the extra curricular level; thereby leading to the all round development of the student.
